HOW CAN I HELP?
Whatever difficulty you are facing I offer the support and tools you need to move forward with confidence.
I will work with closely with you to understand your individual needs and to develop your personalised therapeutic plan working with the mind, body and nervous system.
For some, simply talking through challenges brings the clarity and support needed. For others this may not be enough and that’s why I have trained beyond traditional psychotherapy in EMDR (Eye movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Breathwork to work with the mind and the body. I will help you regulate your nervous system with body based practices, process and heal from trauma and psychological or emotional blocks, and reconnect with who you truly are to feel calmer, clearer and more empowered in yourself and relationships.
EMDR is a gentle, evidence based approach that helps you work through and heal from trauma, grief, anxiety, phobias and other emotional challenges. If discussing past experiences in details feels overwhelming, EMDR offers a safe and effective way to heal without having to relive the trauma.

I believe that no matter who you are or what you have experienced, you have the capacity to change, grow or heal. You may be in crisis or just want something to change but are not sure how to do that alone. Therapy will support you to gain greater self-awareness, understanding and self-acceptance so you can shift your experience to feel better, more able to cope and empowered.
